Speaker Bio:

 

Gary McCormick

Gary has more than 30 years of public accounting experience. Prior to joining BDO in 2007, Gary was a partner with a Big Four accounting firm. He also served approximately four years as Regional Associate Director with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), where he supervised the inspections of large, regional, international and small accounting firms.
 
As an audit partner, Gary provides a full range of consulting and assurance services to privately and publicly held clients. Gary’s has managed audit and consulting engagements in a wide range of industries, including government contracting and other contractual services, financial services, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, high tech, professional services, hospitality, biomedicine, and pharmaceuticals. He has substantial experience managing public offerings and private placements, including initial and secondary stock offerings, as well as debt offerings.
